Toast and his siblings were born in a homeless encampment near the 605 fwy in El Monte, CA. With very limited resources and lack of adequate housing. Toast's owner provided the best care possible. After giving much thought, hie owner made the difficult decision to surrender him to our rescue. The decision was not made lightly, but Toast's owner wanted to give him the best chance possible. Toasy is calm, sweet, easy going and loving. He is great with other dogs and even has a few feline foster siblings! We just know that he is going to make the best companion to a family someday.
