Titan Doodle's Story
Titan is a 3.5 year-old Goldendoodle who came to rescue with his mother, Hazel, when their elderly owner suddenly passed away.
He weighs 60 pounds and is a large size. He is a strong, powerful dog who has learned boundaries, but still has the exuberance of a youngster.
Titan is sociable and loves other dogs. In his former home he lived with both of his parents as well as his sister from their previous litter. In rescue, he attends doggie daycare five days a week, where he thrives.
He is fostered in a separate home than Hazel, as it has been determined that the two were not a bonded pair, and that Titan does better socially without his mother present.

Titan was diagnosed with IBD (irritable bowel disease, via stomach tissue sample biopsy) in 2024, and does very well on his prescription diet. Because of his dietary needs, we feel it would be in Titan's best interests if he is placed in an adoptive home where no other food will be made available to him, therefore no young children in the home.
Since moving to Arizona from California, Titan has received allergy injections every few months, as he does experience itching during blooming season(s) in Arizona.

Titan loves exploring, going for car rides, cuddling with people, and playing with his foster siblings as well as other dogs in daycare.

Because of Titan's dietary needs, he is considered a special-needs dog and will require careful monitoring and ideally be under the care of an internal specialist/allergist team, in order to help maintain his controlled medical condition. He has had no symptoms of challenges with his IBD since his diagnosis and starting on prescription food, with the exception of being fed foreign treats or human food.
We would like to see Titan placed in a home without young children, with a family (or someone) who is active, who doesn't leave their pets for more than a few hours a day (at the most), or who is willing and able to invest in doggie daycare/enrichment when they are away from home.

Titan is a curly-coated Goldendoodle who does require regular brushing, bathing, and grooming (grooming every six weeks or so).

Please send an email to us to learn more about Titan directly: contact@weimaranerrescue.org

He is fostered in Scottsdale, Arizona.
