Tips <br/><br/>Ready for a real heartbreaker???<br/><br/>Meet Tips. <br/><br/>Tips was surrendered to a very high volume shelter in April. <br/><br/>5 months he sat there. Almost a quarter of his life he waited behind bars for his family to come back. <br/><br/>Then he became high risk. His life was in danger because of the length of time people passed him by. <br/><br/>And to make it even more sad is that this boy is absolutely perfect. <br/><br/>At 2 years old, he's wise beyond his years. He's a bit shy at first, but is an absolute GEM of a pup who gets along well with all other dogs & humans.
