Tippy is an absolutely beautiful guy. He has pretty white teeth so we believe him to be between 6 months and 1 year. He came into our program as an impound from the city of Spencer. We are not sure of his breed. His markings suggest that he is a collie mix. Also his mannerisms are that of a collie. Tippy is shy, but warms up quickly and loves attention. His coat is soft.
