Meet Tippie! Tippie is a female chihuahua, approximately 8 months old, who came to us from an Eastern Washington animal shelter. She wants to be your velcro lapdog and is always ready for attention and cuddles, but also loves walking and zooming around the backyard. Tippie does fine with other dogs, but is nervous around larger dogs at first.
