Tippper came from the Chanute Animal Control Dept. He is a 4 years old Chihuahua who is brown and white in color. He is scared of strangers and men. Tipper is working on his potty training but still has some accidents. Tipper should go to a home with small children. <br/>All puppies and dogs are as up to date as possible on all of their vaccines. Any animal leaving the shelter will be neutered or spayed before their adoption day.
