Meet Tiny

Meet our girl Tiny!

Tiny is currently fostered in Texas, but is available for out of state adoption. We are also looking for a foster or foster-to-adopt home for her. For more information on our adoption and transportation process, please email us at SaintMuttsRescue@gmail.com.

Tiny is - well - tiny! This beautiful Border Collie mix is quite petite at only 35 pounds! She has such a sweet and bubbly spirit despite her life of neglect. At only 1 year old, Tiny is forgiving - and has so much ahead of her. We are excited for her to find an individual or family who will love her for the remainder of her life.

Tiny was rescued by a family in Texas after a few weeks on the run around town. Her original family, who had her as a puppy, no longer wanted he and accordingly, they dumped her outside to fend for herself. Initially timid in new environments and with new people, she warms quickly when shown love and patience.

Despite her timid nature (initially), Tiny has done well with children. We would recommend a home with children over the age of 12 for this sweet but shy girl.

Tiny has also done very well with other dogs and lives with her foster buddy, Stevie, currently! We would prefer to find a home for Tiny with another confident dog who can show Tiny the ropes in her new home! Tiny has not yet been tested with cats.

Tiny is doing very well with her house training. Due to her life of neglect - and being on the run as a stray - she would benefit from a family willing to be patience, but work with her on basic manners and obedience! She is described as well behaved by her family, but she has so much more to learn at such a young age!
