Tinsel's Story

The name Tinsel fits this girl with an affectionate, sparkling and contagious personality. Very treat motivated, this lovely lady walks well on leash, has a low energy level and thrives on being petted or shown a little affection or attention. She is a lab mix and estimated to be between 5 to 7 years old and weighs 50 pounds.

Tinsel adores every human she meets and “just the sweetest dog”. You would never know this girl sat in a local shelter for quite a while as she settled in well here. The first thing you notice about Tinsel is her beautiful eyes .......she is full of heart and soul. She gets along with cats too!

Sadly, she's been neglected by her humans and is very deserving of a quiet, peaceful and wonderful home. We never want her to be neglected again. She's underweight and appears to have had puppies in the not-too-distant past. Tinsel is great with other dogs and gets along with children. We don't know how she is with cats.

If you can foster OR foster to adopt this beautiful girl, please contact Godbey Creek Canine Rescue at 336-972-4511 or submit an application.

Tinsel comes with our standard medical package which includes her spay, microchip, rabies, parvo-distemper and Bordetella. She has been de-wormed, is on flea & tick and heartworm prevention.
