Tina's Story

What a beauty! Tina is estimated to be about a year old and weighs 23 pounds.

Meet Tina, a gentle and affectionate young soul seeking her forever family. Tina loves to be close, whether it's snuggling on your lap or going for walks by your side. She walks so nicely on a leash and is always eager to explore new sights and smells. Tina is a unique girl with a soft personality. She can be a bit insecure and is seeking a predictable home with a confident leader to guide her. Tina was adopted and returned to us after a couple of months for starting to guard her people. Tina will thrive with an experienced adopter who can provide reassurance and help her work through her insecurities. She is a smart girl who is easily trainable and just needs a consistent hand to show her the way. Tina needs to learn that guarding her humans is not necessary, as she is the sweetest soul and has no idea how fierce she can seem! If you can provide Tina with the love, guidance, and reassurance she needs, she will be your loyal companion forever. She will need a home where any children are at least 13 years old.

If you are interested in Tina and are at least 21 years old, please come to our kennel during business hours, make an appointment, or fill out an application at k9stray.com and an adoption counselor will be in touch. We look forward to helping you find your new best friend!

*Please check your lease agreements for breed/weight restrictions prior to applying. We also do not do cat testing, so we do not know how a dog will do with cats. Not all dogs are available to go home on the same day you first meet.*
