Yes, Tina is still available for adoption!
Tina is very soft and easy going. She gets along with all our Poodles, melts into people's arms and is just beginning to enjoy life with good food, a warm, soft bed and LOTS of love!
She is always happy but doesn't wag her tail; instead she wags her entire rear end! It is funny to see. Her hair has grow back and she continues to grow more beautiful with love, patience and time. We have found Tina to sometimes have limited hearing, but unsure if this is due to her ear infections, or if she just has "selective" hearing like the rest of us!
Tina arrived very thin, almost shaved bald and very scared. She was almost left behind, but always had hope! as seen in her eyes.
Our Vet feels that Tina is about 7 to 8 years old. This is a surprise to many as the older dogs had been released by the puppy mill earlier last year. Why she had been left behind will perhaps always be a mystery. What a sweet, gentle, loving Poodle who deserves and is entitled to a "forever more" home for her remaining years.
Thank you again to Carrie at Whipstaff Ranch and Rescue who has been working hard and long on pulling most all the dogs from the largest puppy mill in Minnesota.
Please, no large dogs or small children. A fenced yard or small exercise pen will be needed as Tina is not leash trained... we are working on that now!
Tina's $200.00 adoption fee includes all her Vet work; shots up to date, micro chipped, spay, wormed, teeth work done, heartworm tested negative and place on a preventative. She also comes with her own kennel, a new bed, leash, collar, a bag of dog food and lots of information to help your adoption start off on the right "paw" forward!
