Timone's Story

Meet Timone!

1.5 years
57 lbs
Male neutered

Timone is a 1.5-year-old, 57-pound sweetheart who checks a whole lot of boxes. He’s gentle, affectionate, and takes treats very softly, making him a joy to have around. He’s had zero accidents in the house and does great on a consistent routine—meals at 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., with potty breaks outside shortly after.

Timone has done wonderfully with the resident dog from day one, playing nicely and settling in like a pro. Cats are still a work in progress; he was initially interested in chasing but is already learning to ignore them with guidance and time. He does well in his crate, often going in on his own, and while he may hesitate briefly when asked, he settles quietly without barking.

He’s a generally quiet dog who enjoys playtime, affection, and giving sweet kisses. Timone seems to understand some basic commands and will come when called, especially with the help of a long recall leash. He’s still learning a few household manners—like resisting the temptation to counter surf—but he’s eager and very sweet about it.

Timone appears to do well with kids, though he can be a little nervous at first, and he’s been great with new adults coming into the home. He’s playful, loving, and adjusting to new things (including snow!) with a gentle curiosity. Soft toys don’t stand a chance with him, but his heart is as soft as they come. Timone would make a wonderful addition to a loving home ready to help him continue learning and thriving.

Interested in adopting?
