Welcome Tilly (formal name is Matilda) to Heart! Tilly is a 4-month-old, 20-lb. terrier mix, she is super cuddly & just wants to be loved, sleep close to you & give lots of kisses. She has one blue eye & one olive green/brown eye, so cute! We do know the mom & dad of the litter she came from, dad is from the same town, around 20-lbs & possibly a Shih Tzu mix. He was surrendered to Heart in September & since adopted to a great family! Mom is a mix-mix cutie weighing about 30-35 lbs. Tilly was not kennel/leash trained, so we are trying to work on those, she's not a fan of the kennel. Working on potty training, & going out to a fenced yard, has had a few accidents in the house, but that is expected. Even dogs who are "totally" potty trained at a foster's house need to be trained at their new house, AND...she's a puppy! She gets along great with other dogs, & could really use another dog who wants to play, she's great with kids & happy to see all people. She is learning that toys are fun to play with, & her personality is coming out each day. She will have the rest of her vet work done on Dec. 8 & then ready to settle into your home just in time for the HOWL-iday Season! To apply, go to www.heartrescueteam.com.
