Tilly Labrador Retriever & Boxer Mix Hastings, MN

Hi everyone! My name is Tilly also known as Tilly Bean and they tell me that I am beautiful inside and out! They say I am a Lab mix because I resemble a little Labrador Retriever, a little Boxer perhaps or even some Black Mouth Cur. No one knows, but wouldn't it be fun to find out?! I LOOOVE being with people and will even give you kisses if you let me. Before coming to Animal Ark, I lived with children and got to sleep with an 8-year-old human - that was the best!!! I really miss those days. These days, I dream of having my very own family again. Here is what the volunteers & staff want to share about me:

Tilly is a very sweet, affectionate, and loyal girl. She has a soulful quality about her, and her eyes will draw you deep inside. Tilly is calm and patient and rarely ever barks. She is such a good girl. She loves to go on walks and whatever you're up for so is Tilly. She likes variety and enjoys a fast-paced walk/run or even better, a long meandering walk where she can stop and smell everything along the way. On those slower walks she prefers exploring the wonders of nature and does not want to be rushed. There are just too many wonderful smells to enjoy. Tilly loves being with people and is friendly with every person she meets. She does well on walks with dogs she's familiar with, however, she does need redirection when meeting new dogs. She is attentive and smart with a desire to please and would greatly benefit with some training. Tilly is quite the socialite and enjoys attending adoption events. At these events, she loves meeting new people, having playtime with her Animal Ark doggy friends, and lounging on a doggy pillow. She adores attention from everyone she meets. Tilly thrives outside the shelter environment and her charming personality doesn't go unnoticed. Tilly is housebroken and knows commands like sit, speak, and stay. If she is fortunate to have any 2-legged siblings, they should be a little bit older. She would do best in a home without small animals and would need to meet any potential canine housemates. She may decide she needs to be your one and only.

Tilly is a special girl with lots of love and kisses to share. Tilly yearns for a family of her very own, a family that will take her on endless meandering walks. Could you be the family of Tilly's dreams?
