Tilly's Story

Tilly came to us from a younger couple who had a group of chihuahuas and cat living in their home. They moved and couldn't take any of their animals with them so they surrendered them to rescue groups and shelters. When Tilly arrived she had a pyometra (a uterine infection) and she went through emergency surgery to get spayed she's made a complete recovery from that and is doing well now. She also had a broken leg at some point but sadly she never received treatment for it. She will occasionally hop on her back leg but other than that she doesn't have any pain from it. The break is so old that there's not a lot we can do at this point to correct it. She's a tiny cute little pup that's looking for a patient person to be gentle o her and show her more of the world now as she did not get that in her precious life.
