Tilly is a spunky 18 month old yorkie mix. Despite having a rough start to life and being abandoned in freezing temps, she is the warmest, silliest, little girl that loves her wardrobe & everyone she meets. <br/><br/>While in foster, Tilly is living it up while working on potty training, house training & basic obedience.
