Tilin's Story

Tilin was in a high-intake shelter in Texas when the area was ravaged by flood waters. Dogs already in shelters had to be moved out to accommodate animals who were displaced by the floods and had families waiting for them. This silly boy is a happy game player with a shining personality. He was accustomed to being at the end of a leash when he arrived, so we know Tilin had a home at some point in his young life. Tilin is a people pleaser, and obedience training has been a joyful experience for everyone. He loves showing off his newly learned skills and soaking up attention from his people. Playgroup is also a big deal for Tilin because he genuinely enjoys the company of other dogs, and a good wrestling match with a playful pal is one of his favorite activities. While Tilin enjoys playing with other dogs, he can be very protective of his food and would do best as the only animal in his home. He would also do best in a home without young children. With the right family who understands his needs and can continue building on his training, Tilin will quickly become the pride and joy of his new home.

Visit Tilin at www.hua.org!
