He is a big dog in a small dog's body. He is about a year old, 24 pounds, and would do best in an active home and with folks who are familiar with crate training. <br/><br/>Thurston has received professional training and his adoption comes with a training session to set him up for success. He has a spicy personality and definitely needs a strong pack leader. He is super super smart and is loves to take walks and play fetch!<br/><br/>Thurston loves everyone and is dog friendly when given proper leadership. He has been adopted and returned but that was due to the classic case of people letting him run the show at home and learning behaviors that aren't ideal. However, we've reversed alll of that and are looking for an owner who will continue to give him proper training who can follow the recipe that we give them. Thurston is super sweet and always wagging his tail.
