Staff watched a shy puppy walk out of the shelter at the beginning of the week, scared to even walk on our linoleum floors, and a confident young pup walk confidently back in at the end of the week. This is the magic of foster care! Here's what foster mom has to say about Thumper: Thumper has been such a delight this week!! He is such a happy and energetic sweet boy! All he wants is love and snuggles and do the occasional zoomie in the backyard! Thumper is amazing around small kids and wants to give them all the love. He is great on walks! Wants to say hi to every person and dog he meets. Prefers to take the long, scenic route around cats. He would definitely benefit from more training and consistency. Other than that, he is going to make a great companion or family dog to whoever chooses him! The foster family also reported, he did great with their cat. Thumper is still getting used to riding in the car and could use more practice with that so he can accompany his new family on all of their adventures!
