Thumbs's Story

Thumbs is a new arrival and we are still learning about him but this boy is starting the search for his forever family. His foster family thinks "Toby" suits him a bit better. This handsome fellow is around 1 year old and 48lbs.

So far his foster family has observed that Thumbs gives High Fives, seems to be house trained and is perfectly happy to spend time in the crate. He likes to nuzzle his nose into your side and then shimmy his tushie up to snuggle up on your chest at cuddle time.

Thumbs is sweet, gentle, and intuitive. He enjoys playing outside in the fenced yard.

The only toys that have caught his attention are the ball and elk antler but he is still learning about the good life. So far he has been respectful and kind to the kids, cats, and dogs in his foster family.

If Thumbs sounds like a good match for you please email us at almosthome4dogs@yahoo.com to get an application.

(Local adoptions preferred — Philadelphia and tri-state area [South Jersey and northern Delaware] only.)
