Thor & Echo's Story

Hi, our names are Thor & Echo! We are a bonded pair of brothers - we've been<br/>told that we're Husky shepherd mixes. I can tell you that we are high energy boys, we love to play and we love to play with each other! We are very bonded, it was a tough two weeks when we got neutered and had to be kept apart. I would cry for my brother as he would cry for me when we were outside being walked on leashes. We are good on leashes, good on car rides and we love spending time with our humans!! We love to play outside and we are very food motivated so we learn quickly. If you're familiar with the Husky breed then you know the amount of energy that we have. We are not vocal boys like they say Huskies are, we’re vocal when we play with each other but that's just our way of talking to each other. Sometimes I seem a little rough and sometimes echo seems a little rough but it's OK because we enjoy it. We get along well with most dogs that we meet. We're not sure what a cat is, I'm not going to lie - we do seem to chase them but I think that's maybe what they do in the dog cat world I'm not really sure as we're only 20 months old. We were dumped outside of a doctor's house in north Georgia, they found this wonderful rescue to bring us to and they've been nothing but loving & kind. They are teaching us because we did come here with little manners but we have a lot of manners now. We would love to have a family of our own! It’s not to say that we would need to be the only dogs because we do get along well with others, but we don't like to be dominated or jumped on or anything like that. I think that's most people and animals! I hope since this rescue does meet and greets + has five play yards that you'll schedule a meet and greet with us to see just how much fun & loving we are. We’re told daily that we're beautiful, we do have thick coats so we love the cold weather but we do OK in the hot weather as well. We just don't like to stay outside as long, but I don't think people do around here either since it gets so hot. We will play ball with you, we're just now learning how to bring it back though. We like them being thrown & going to get them, I'm better at returning the ball than my brother is, he just likes to run around with it in his mouth! Thank you for considering giving us a home! <br/>Love,<br/>Thor & Echo
