Thor's Story

The most handsomest young lad, Thor! 2 years he has sat in rescue, rescued from where he was chained - LITERALLY CHAINED - to the ground INSIDE a building IN a cage. As I fully understand how much of a Houdini he can be, he didn’t deserve that. He was set up for failure his entire life. Being housed with other siblings from his litter AND the parents, THEN no formal training was incorporated with all dogs in the home, just Thor because they assumed he was the problem. No. He does well with other dogs, no cats as he’s never been around them, and kids 10+ ! Thor is now 7 years old, loves to snuggle, loves to get all the pets & lovins, he will truly make someone’s world so much better. Please give this senior boy a place to live the rest of his life!

Krazy for K9’s Rescue's Adoption Policy

We first have them fill out our adoption application, once that’s approved we move on to a meet a greet of local to Tennessee, we do home checks, and background checks, before we finalize any adoptions! We check up on our rescues each year to make sure they’re getting yearly care after adoption. We do state in our contract we will acquire back any animals that do not get yearly proper examinations.
