Thor's Story

IF YOU CAN SEE THIS POST, I AM STILL AVAILABLE AND LOOKING FOR MY FOREVER FAMILY

Thor is looking for a home! He is about 58 lbs & over a 1.5 yrs old. Thor passed his kid testing & loves playing ball! He also tolerated crate testing but would rather be in the play yard with his dog friends. Thor is a rough player so he needs a doggie companion that can give it right back!

Thor was picked up from the Del Norte pound for a “kennel break” by one of their followers. He got to go to his favorite river & beach spots!

The volunteer said “Thor loves to snuggle & thinks he’s a lap dog. He’s very sweet, loving & loyal to his human. He loves all the balls and all the sticks. Thor doesn’t beg for food or try to take it from you. He played at the dog park with a female Husky and a Labradoodle. He can be protective of his person especially when males approached us. He likes the beach & playing in the water. He always looks behind him to make sure that his person is there. He did well at the KOA campground around all the other dogs and children he walked by. Thor does need to be reminded not to jump on people. He listens very well when corrected - he knows the crate and does amazing getting in and out of it. He doesn’t make a peep or argue with you about it. He loves to ride in the car. He could easily be made into an outdoor adventure buddy. Thor will be the perfect companion for someone.”

Thor would love to come to Portland/Vancouver to meet you!
