Thor has made great strides in overcoming some of his stranger-danger behaviors thanks to our dedicated volunteers, but he is definitely the type of dog that will require a slow introduction to any potential adopters. Once Thor opens up to you, he becomes a new dog. He has a high energy level, and enjoys playing outside, going for walks, receiving treats, and spending time in the car. When he is all done playing for the day, Thor loves nothing more than to settle down in the lap of his human. He would not do well in a home with small children or cats. Thor would thrive in a home with someone who is willing to take it slow and give him the space he needs to become dog he is meant to be.
