He may take a moment to get to know you, but once he does, he's in love!<br/><br/>This boy does best in a home that knows he's smart, tells him what to do, and expects best behavior from him. In a home where he has to make his own decisions- he doesn't do well. <br/><br/>We are seeking an adult home for Thicket that is active and considerate. All are tested for heartworms and, if they test positive, have either been treated or provided alternative slow-kill treatment. Dogs are provided monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Dogs are also provided additional medical care, as needed. This care may include amputations, wound repair, treatment for skin disorders, dental care, treatment for infection and other medical needs
