Adopt Theo! 🐾 He is a 65 lb neutered male, pitsky mix. 5 yrs old and up to date on all vaccinations. The perfect mix of calm and playful, this darling boy is being fostered by me after tragically losing his owner in a car accident. He checks all the boxes: - Potty, leash, and crate trained - Gentle with kids - Great with other dogs (though he will love being the solo dog and soak up all the attention!) - Beach lover and hiking buddy - Doesn’t like cats :( Theo is that dog who wants to be a part of the action - whether it is a single person looking for their best friend or a family with kids who needs a playful shadow. He is affectionate, easygoing, and loves being where his people are. Location: Irvine, CA but I can travel for meet and greets to LA and SD counties. * Please only reach out if you/your partner work from home or spend little time outside the home. He deserves that!

Diamond's Friends Pet Rescue's Adoption Policy

1. All Adopters Must Complete an Application We require all prospective adopters to complete an adoption application. We do allow applicants to request specific animals, but our adoption applications help us make sure we are matching you with the best animal for your home. 2. Adoption Fees We do charge adoption fees. All our animals come spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. They have received preventative medication for fleas, ticks, and heartworms. Some of our animals have been transported in from other cities or states. Others have had lab work done or other medical needs taken care of. All of this costs us money, and our adoption fees help us recover some of the costs we incur helping these animals so that we can help others in need. Our adoption fees vary by the dog. 3. Meet and Greet Once your application is approved, a member of our team will reach out to schedule a meet and greet as well as a home check. 4. Finalize Adoption If the meet and greet and home check goes well and you'd like to move forward with adopting, you will pay the adoption fee and sign an adoption contract.
