He’s a smart little guy who seems to pick things up quickly.<br/><br/>Theo also has a very thick, fluffy coat that will require regular brushing and grooming. His foster brushes him most days and still finds knots, so his future family will need to be committed to keeping up with his coat to prevent matting.<br/><br/>After everything he’s been through, Theo is proof that little fighters can have the biggest hearts.
