Thelma's Story

Thelma is a 3 to 4-year-old chihuahua. She arrived to the rescue with Louise after they were found living under a house. We suspect she is Louise's mom. This lady is sweet, wiggly, and great with other small dogs. She will head to our vet for a spay and dental the first week of December.
