I'm Tessa and can't believe I am still waiting for a home of my very own!!!! I like rescue, but really want a home of my very own. <br/><br/>Tessa is a people loving dog. She loves pets and getting attention. She is mischievious. For example she'll try to "prune" my plants, steal sponges from the sink and just investigate anything new.<br/><br/>She is Boxer Enthusiastic, but will settle down and be a loving companion. Tessa is a puller when on a leash and needs training, but loves her walks on the trails here. She is crate trained and runs right in ... for a treat! <br/> <br/> <br/>Tessa's has a natural, long tail with a kink in it. Looks like she might have gotten it caught in a door when she was little. It is her special signature. That tail wags continually, letting you know she's a happy girl.<br/><br/>She would be best as an only dog as she is protective of her food and toys with other dogs. She is fine with people and takes treats gently.
