Meet Tess

Tess Our new girl, Tess, slept quietly all night in a warm soft bed next to the people bed where we could keep a close eye on her. Then this morning it was out to potty and get a little fresh air and sunshine. Shes still very shut down and sore, but starting to realize shes safe and no longer feeling defensive.Tess is 23 pounds with her big pregnant belly, and sad and banged up although she seems to have escaped fractures or other severe injuries. The shelter had her seen by the vet immediately and then transferred her to our care for close round the clock observation.Making a difference one animal at a time.
