She is around 2.5 years old and believe to be a lab mix weighing around 50 lbs. Tess thrives in the company of other dogs and would love a home with another canine companion. She is high energy and loves to run and play. She is young and would benefit from additional training to keep her busy and would help get her extra energy out. She'd do best in a home with structure and a routine as she craves the attention from her humans. She is still perfecting her leash skills but sleeps in a crate like a champ. 1. Submit Adoption Application Adoption applications for our pups and cats can be found using this link: https://www.amazingstraysrescue.org/forms-applications Please note: puppies are only adoptable to residents of San Diego county. 2. Interview If your application is selected to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you. 3. Home Check After reviewing your application and phone interview, we will conduct a home check. 4. Meet the Pet The ASR volunteer will help coordinate a play date between you and the foster so you can meet the pet. 5. Pay Fee 6. Sign Adoption Contract Please note: we are a volunteer based rescue and due to the large number of applications we receive, we are unable to respond to each individual applicant.
