Once he knows you, he is a funny lovebug. <br/><br/>Tengu was rescued by our pals at Pawfect Life Rescue in Uxbridge, MA. Hes doing great with the other dogs in his foster home. He seems to adjust to his surroundings by mimicking them. If theyre ok with something, hes much more willing to accept it! For this reason, a compatible canine pal must be part of his adoption. <br/><br/>Tengu does great with a 6-year-old in the home, but gets nervous when little friends visit. He will have a much better chance at success in a home without children. <br/><br/>Wed love someone with experience to continue training and working with him to reduce his triggers, preferably with a professional. (Training support may be available for an adopter.) He has started leash training, but a fenced yard is preferred as the enclosed space gives him a sense of security. <br/><br/>Tengus cheering squad knows hell thrive on structure, a routine, a fellow dog, and loving kindness. This lifestyle will help him build confidence in himself.
