He was surrendered by his owner when they moved into a place that doesn't permit dogs.<br/><br/>Teddy is reported to have lived with kids, knows the command "Sit" and likes to cuddle. We were told he likes cats too. In the rescue, we've seen this cutie already overcome his fear of being in a new place and acclimate well to his new surroundings.
