He is a cuddle bug who loves having another dog in the home to play with. <br/><br/>He is very cuddly and would love to go absolutely everywhere with his family. He is only a year old so he is still working on training but he is doing great! <br/><br/>He is loving, easy-going, and affectionate he will be a treat to have as part of the family. Cocker Spaniels are generally smart and easy to train. He’s Very loyal and will follow you from room to room all day long. Cockers also love going on brisk walks and seem to frolic everywhere they go. <br/><br/>While cocker spaniels were originally bred as hunting dogs, they now make ideal companions but need to be supervised when introduced to cats or other smaller animals. <br/><br/>People-oriented by nature, Teddy will prefer to be with you as much as possible. Teddy's ideal family will be home or take him with them for majority of the day, he would love to have a doggy sibling to play with. He can only go to a home with children, if any, 7+ years old. <br/><br/>He enjoys being part of the family and truly thrives when he can be a part of all family activities. Cocker spaniels notoriously do not do well when left alone and can turn to barking, crying, and other undesirable behaviors when anxious so Teddy would like a family that is home or will take him with them as much as possible.<br/><br/>Teddy is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, on flea, tick and heartworm prevention and has spent time working with our rescue trainer.
