Teddy's story didn’t begin with the comfort every dog deserves. He and his loyal buddy Chelsea were discovered abandoned in a park, left to fend for themselves with little understanding of why their world had suddenly changed. <br/><br/>Frightened and uncertain, the two stuck close together, unsure of the people who came near them and not expecting even the simplest acts of kindness.<br/><br/>When they arrived in rescue, everything was new—and a little overwhelming. Regular meals, fresh water, a safe place to sleep, and gentle hands offering affection were things Teddy and Chelsea had clearly gone without for far too long.<br/><br/> At first, Teddy and Chelsea approached this new life cautiously, learning slowly that kindness was real and that they were finally safe.<br/><br/>But what a difference love can make.<br/><br/>Today, Teddy and Chelsea have blossomed into wiggling lovebugs whose tails seems to have a life of their own.<br/><br/>His bond with Chelsea remains strong, and together they’ve shown just how resilient and loving dogs can be when given a second chance.<br/><br/>Now Teddy and Chelsea are ready for the next chapter of story—a forever home filled with the warmth, comfort, and love they always deserved but had to wait a little longer to find.<br/><br/>Could you be the one to give Teddy (or Chelsea...or both!) the happy ending they've been waiting for? 🐾💛<br/><br/><br/>PLEASE CHECK OUT CHELSEA'S POST ON PETFINDER TOO!<br/><br/>All of our animals are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, current on flea and tick treatments, dewormed, and treated for any ailments encountered during veterinary exams. <br/><br/>Dogs are heartworm negative and cats are combo tested. <br/><br/>The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. An application does not obligate you to adopt. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will be in touch as soon as possible. <br/><br/>Noah’s Arc is manned by volunteers, the shelter is not open to the public. Meet and greets for the animals are by appointment only.
