Teddy's Story

Tiny Teddy is the cutest 12-year-old, 6.8-pound boy! He loves to snuggle and be held by his people. Teddy is fostered with other pups, and he does fine with them. With consistent outside time, Teddy is house trained. Teddy has a persistent cough due to a collapsing trachea, but with daily meds it is easily managed. He also has luxated patellas in both legs so isn't a pup that would be good with another playful pup or someone wanting to go on long walks, unless you have a stroller for him. Teddy wants LOVE, his favorite doggie bed and PetFresh timely twice a day! He is fostered in Alexandria, VA. Please send us an email to learn more at adoptme@cockerspanielrescue.com. 1/10/26 8:52 PM

Oldies But Goodies (Northern VA) Cocker Rescue's Adoption Policy
CURRENT ADOPTION FEES: Each and every cocker we take in is given a health check, brought up-to-date on shots, and is neutered or spayed before ever being offered for adoption. We also work with these dogs in an attempt to socialize them so that they will trust humans. For some of these dogs, it is a long and arduous task. Sometimes this takes weeks, sometimes it takes months and even years before an animal can be expected to trust humans again. During this period, OBG has to pay for the dog's food, medicine and general upkeep. For this reason, we ask for a $350 adoption fee for each dog that we place. If you adopt a second dog within three months of the first, the fee
