Teddy's Story

Teddy is a handsome 10-year-old Yorkipoo (Yorkie/Poodle mix) who weighs 11 pounds. He came to us from a local county shelter and is now ready to find his perfect forever home!

Teddy is a friendly, easygoing boy who appreciates a peaceful home and a little companionship. He’s perfectly content doing his own thing and would be happy as the only dog in the home, soaking up all the love for himself. He can also coexist with other calm dogs. While he can tolerate playful pups, he would prefer a home without a high-energy dog who constantly wants to engage him in play. He’s a gentleman who appreciates his personal space. He has a laid-back personality and a heart of gold. He’s happy just being near his people, enjoying the simple things in life, and settling into a comfortable routine.

Teddy is crate-trained and house-trained making him an easy addition to any home! He is plug-and-play and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a sweet, low-key little dog to share their days with!

********************
His adoption fee is $500. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, and just had a dental!

Please read this bio in its entirety and then fill out our application, DO NOT FILL OUT AN INQUIRY.

The application may be found by clicking on Adoption Policy at the bottom of this page, then the button called ADOPTION APPLICATION.
