Tazz's Story

Tazz
Male
D.O.B. 3/1/2025
Weight: 46 lbs
Breed: Terrier Mix

Hi there! My name is Tazz, and I'm a silly, sweet, slightly shy country boy who's learning to navigate this big, noisy world! I'm still getting used to city life, so loud noises and new situations can make me nervous. I might be cautious when we first meet, but give me a little patience and time to trust you, and my goofy, lovable personality will shine through! One of my cutest moves is something my foster mom calls my "Tigger hop!" When I get excited playing with my toys, I do an adorable little bounce that's guaranteed to make you smile! Now, let's talk about my dream home! I absolutely LOVE other dogs, and having a furry brother or sister is a must for me! Another dog helps me feel safe, builds my confidence, and shows me the world isn't so scary. I'm great with dogs and cats, but I'd do best with older kids. Younger kids can be loud and unpredictable, and sometimes I forget my own strength and could accidentally knock a little one over. As for my house manners, I'm both house-trained and crate-trained, and I walk nicely on a leash! My foster mom recommends crating me when you leave, especially while I'm learning my new family's routine. Now, let's talk about the fun stuff! I LOVE car rides, dog parks, walks, sunbathing, and belly rubs! I'm also a huge fan of squeaky toys, balls, bones, and pretty much every treat imaginable. And did I mention I'm a big cuddler? There's nothing better than snuggling with my favorite humans after a fun day! I may be shy at first, but once I feel safe, you'll discover a sweet, silly, affectionate boy with so much love to give. I'm looking for a patient, loving family with a furry sibling who can help me continue building my confidence. Could you be my forever family? I promise to repay you with endless cuddles, goofy Tigger hops, and a whole lot of love! If you are interested in meeting Tazz, apply to adopt him at www.causeforcanines.org. Adoption fee: $350. Must be an Ohio resident and 23 or older. Children must be 10 or older.
