Tay Tay (Tater)

Tater came into our program when his owner passed away (was 82) the next-door neighbors were the close thing she had as Family and as they already had 3 dogs could not take in a fourth. Tater is a very mild-mannered dog and acted like a hearing assist dog for his mommy. He loves to be cuddled and is so gentle. He missed his mommy badly and has accepted me as daddy for now, but I feel he would be happier with a new mommy. Maybe someone 65+. We got Tater neutered and treated for the Heartworms (now Negative), and he has a quarter size lump on his left chest, (which is benign). He does better with his skin and having rashes if he eats only Grain Free or Sensitive Skin food. He is now alerting for diabetes and has been trained as a service dog. He will be going to someone with diabetes. So, if you have diabetes, seizures, hearing issues and need a service dog, Tator is ready.
