Found as a stray and brought to local animal control, this confident pup was quickly adopted but returned just as fast. He’s independent, prefers exploring on the ground over being held, and doesn’t lack confidence - he seems to think he’s in charge! While he’s affectionate, he can get nippy when someone tries to take food or toys away, so he’ll do best with an experienced dog owner who understands his boundaries.<br/><br/>Target is looking for a home that appreciates small dogs with big personalities.
