Meet our baby bear - Taquito (Taco for short)! <br/><br/>Taco is an ~ 1 year old lab mix who will look like a very different dog in just a few weeks. In a few weeks, Taco will have lost his light undercoat completely and will look mostly like a chocolate lab! Crazy, right? <br/><br/>Taco currently lives in a foster home with dogs, cats and kids and is settling in well. He is working on his crate training but is already showing a lot of improvement! He will need a family that is able to work on his leash manners as he has not had the opportunity to walk on a leash prior to coming to us, but that will come with time and guidance.<br/><br/>Taco is a silly boy; a very silly boy! We like to say that he has somewhat of a smooth brain. Although he is smart, he will need a family who is understanding. They will need to be patience with him because it sometimes takes just a bit of extra time for things to “click” for this boy. <br/><br/>Taco would be a great adventure buddy and would love a family home! He loves to smile and to make his people smile - we can’t wait to find him a home where he can do that forever <br/><br/>Keep an eye out for more information on Taco as he settles into his foster home!
