My name is Tapper, and I've been here at Animal Welfare League for quite some time. I am an older, distinguished gentleman but I still have spurts of puppy energy when I get excited! I have great manners (so I'm told), I am housebroken, and relatively low maintenance. I am heartworm positive, I have completed all my treatments so I am just waiting on my "All Clear!". I am a big fan of butt scratches, food, and affection. If you need a snuggle buddy, look no further...I'm your man!
