Tank's Story

Tank is a young, neutered male Staffordshire terrier/Lab mix who is looking for a home where he can get a lot of love and attention. He is very affectionate, curious, playful, energetic, and smart. He is eager to please and likes learning new things. In his spare time, Tank enjoys watching tv, playing fetch, chewing on his toys, and cuddling with his human.

As a young pup he was neglected and not properly socialized. As a result, he has some anxiety issues, but is making great improvements with love, attention, training, and medication. He is quickly learning to stay, place, heel, and catch a frisbee! He has some excitable reactivity to other dogs but is learning to behave. Tank would do best as an only pet in a home with no young children, as he doesn’t realize how big and strong he is. If you are looking for an active dog to play and explore with, Tank is your boy!

Tank is being fostered in Richfield, OH. If interested, call or text Alan at 330-840-4915 or go to www.powellpaws.org and fill out an application.
