Highest ranking. You’d never know it though looking at his A-dor-a-ble face!!<br/><br/>BEST MATCH: He likes playing with foster mom’s dogs so he may like a friend. Best a home with another dog, like all dogs really! Someone to teach basics, hiking, dog parks, rules and boundaries.
