TANK The Dog Every Family Needs<br/><br/>Some dogs just fit... and Tank is that dog.<br/><br/>At around 1.5 years old and 55 pounds, this lab-ish guy is the definition of a well-rounded companion. He was surrendered to our shelter in late December due to his owner's health issues, and when he first arrived, he was completely shut down--quiet, unsure, and overwhelmed.<br/><br/>But not anymore.<br/><br/>Tank has found his stride, and now? He's a playgroup rockstar. He can be placed with just about any dog and gets along beautifully. Easygoing, social, and steady--he's the kind of dog shelters wish they had more of.<br/><br/>He's also been around a toddler in his previous home, and it shows. When choosing a new furry family member, please consider adopting from your local shelter. East Ridge Animal Services welcomes you to come by our shelter and visit with our animals. If you find a pet on-line that interests you, please feel free to call our office with any questions you may have, or simply come see us at East Ridge Animal Shelter! All of our adoptable animals have received initial vaccinations. In most cases, our available pets have also been spayed/ neutered and vaccinated against rabies, as well.   We have a bunch of really great dogs and cats and kittens that need your help! Please come visit our pets who are available for adoption, and consider giving one of them a forever home!  Volunteer opportunities are available at ERAS.
