Meet Tallulah (formerly known as Zula at the NYCACC). This three-year-old angel was a staff and volunteer favorite at the shelter. Sweet Tallulah was sadly abandoned after being bred, and it's clear that her first few years weren't easy. Yet through it all, she's met every new moment with love, gentleness, and resilience.<br/><br/>Tallulah has just entered foster care with Every Last One Rescue, and we can't wait to see her continue to thrive!
