Talia's Story
Meet Talia, an 11 month old terrier mix puppy! She is a very good girl, completely house broken and she knows sit, shake, down and touch. She likes to play fetch, and does return the toy so it can be thrown again. She is a good eater and is easily trainable with treats or with affection/praise. She loves all people and all dogs and enthusiastically wants to meet them all. She is very playful and would love to have a doggie playmate in her forever home. During the day she wants to either nap or play, play, play and at night she wants to snuggle up next to her person. She is not destructive, and not a barker. She is not a fan of the Roomba.

At night, she sleeps on one of her beds in a portable playpen right next to her foster mom's bed which works just fine.

She's fine left for short periods of time (a few hours) in either a section of the house or in her crate. The crate isn't her favorite thing, but she does go in willingly. The only thing she needs help with is the overly enthusiastic greetings. At home her foster mom can get her to settle down before she gets pets/affection, but outside and on walks she can't contain her excitement and jumps on people. They're working on that, and she is really very sweet and loves everyone and everything (except the Roomba).

She deserves the very best. She's great with kids and with other dogs, but we don't know how she'd be with cats as she's not been around them.

Talia is spayed, up-to-date on her vaccinations, and is Microchipped

Her adoption fee is $350 with a refundable training deposit of $100 due at the time of adoption. The training must be provided within a timely fashion to ensure our pups become the best canine citizens. The training deposit will be refundable within 3 months of adoption date.
