He is truly a special pup with so much love to give. <br/><br/>Takota and his brothers Wiaka, and Wapi were transported to HEAR from the Cheyenne River Native American Reservation in South Dakota, home of the Dakota and Lakota Sioux.<br/><br/>Takota is 10 months old, Border Collie / Heeler mix. Takota (which means "Friend" in Lakota Sioux) is the largest of the three SD pups, currently around 40 pounds, so likely will be around 50 when full grown.<br/><br/>Takota is:<br/>Neutered<br/>Vaccinated (rabies + two rounds of puppy shots)<br/>Microchipped<br/>Great with people, other dogs, and cats<br/>Potty trained and crate trained<br/>Learning leash skills<br/>Excellent travelers<br/><br/>Takota LOVES adventures and would thrive with active families who enjoy the outdoors.<br/><br/>Let us know if you would enjoy meeting Takota.
