Takis

Takis was surrendered to a dog rescue by her family in Guadalajara, Mexico when she was 7 months old because they could no longer take care of her. When she came in she was in rough shape (malnourished, skin severely infected, and had parasites) and had to stay at the vet for two months. After she made a full recovery, Takis stayed at the rescue for over a year with no one willing to step up to give her the life she deserves. Takis recently flew from Guadalajara to Rochester where we know she will find the perfect family. She is the sweetest girl and is always ready for either a cuddle session or an adventure! She is a little over a year old so she will most likely stay her current size (~30 lbs) but fill out a bit more.
