MEET TAFF — YOUR NEW BFF!<br/>If you’re looking for a big, goofy, ridiculously lovable best friend, Taff might just be your guy! <br/><br/>Taff is a handsome 4-year-old Shepherd mix, weighing around 75–80 lbs. He was surrendered to a shelter in Texas and, sadly, found himself on the scary list. Thankfully, his story didn’t end there; now he’s in Maine and looking for the forever family he deserves! <br/><br/>Taff is a friendly, affectionate family dog who gets along with other dogs. He’s housebroken, crate trained, knows his basic commands, and is happiest when he’s right in the middle of whatever his people are doing.<br/><br/>And toys? TAFF LOVES TOYS. Stuffed toys are his absolute favorite, but honestly, he’ll happily shake, toss, and play with pretty much anything you give him. He especially loves a good game of tug and is surprisingly gentle while playing. He also has a serious appreciation for peanut butter!<br/><br/>Taff LOVES his people. When playtime is over, he turns into a giant snuggle bug. He wants to be as close to you as physically possible and will happily attempt to climb directly into your lap during cuddle time.<br/><br/>Taff does have one thing his forever family will need to work on: he pulls on leash. He’ll need a confident, strong handler who can help him learn his leash manners and show him that walks don’t have to be a full-body workout<br/><br/>Somewhere out there is a family who is going to wonder how they ever lived without Taff.
