Since then, he's been lovingly referred to as Grandpa Joe by his foster, and we can’t imagine a more fitting name.<br/><br/>Now that he’s had time to decompress, eat some real meals, and get some TLC, T-Rex has blossomed into the most peaceful, easygoing houseguest you could ask for. His dream day? A soft bed, two square meals, and a leisurely walk around the block—no further, please. He’s not here to hustle.<br/><br/>He’s calm, compliant, and content. He’ll follow you into the bathroom for his medicated bath (he needs them 1–2 times a week due to ongoing skin issues for now), patiently stand there while you scrub, and never give you grief. His skin care is manageable but will be a lifelong consideration both in time and financially—just something to keep in mind if you’re ready to spoil a senior like he deserves.<br/><br/>T-Rex is crate trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and gets along with dogs, cats, and probably even houseplants.
